Welcome to the Spoiler Room, a safe place for spoiler addicts to come on a weekly basis to learn what’s coming next on their favorite shows and, hopefully, get a few of their own questions answered. If you want scoop on a specific show, send your questions to spoilerroom@ew.com.
Is there anything you can say about the new season of Orange Is the New Black? — Mirielle
Piper’s panty business is booming when the show returns, but that makes her a target for competition. In fact, a familiar face steps up to challenge her and it leads to a very heated confrontation.
Any news on Once Upon a Time season 6? — Carole
Aside from the fact that we’ll be getting a double dose of Regina next season, Lana Parrilla has a number of questions about season 6: “Will Baby Robin be magical?” she tells me. “Will Zelena and Regina continue to have a healthy relationship now that they’ve reconciled? Or will Regina end up hating Zelena for being the mother to Robin’s baby? I’m curious to see what’s going to end up happening in that regard. Will she end up growing resentful that she can’t have children, but yet her sister has her boyfriend’s baby? I feel like that’s a story to be told. Are they going to stand side-by-side in a sisterhood or is Regina going to grow resentful overtime?”
Any info on The Flash’s Caitlin for next season? — Justin
Remember Caitlin and Killer Frost’s little chat about their less-than-lovable mothers? Well, we may finally get to meet the woman. “We haven’t met Caitlin’s mother yet, so we got a little talk between the two women, which is something that will probably play out in season 3,” EP Andrew Kreisberg says, playing coy on any dream casting — which means you should share yours in the comments below.
Clearly, a battle is coming on Outlander, but my fear is that one of my favorite characters will die. Since the series has sometimes varied a bit from the books, I fear we’re going to lose a major character — or two! — soon. Say it ain’t so! — Britta
What can I say? War is hell, and it will definitely be that for our Scottish buddies in this Saturday’s episode. Just when you think one of your favorite Highlanders is safe — poof, another one meets his maker. And this death will break your heart, Sassenachs.
Anything on Jenna’s return to Pretty Little Liars? — Shana
The big thing to remember is the time jump. This might not be the same Jenna you’re used to seeing. “We’re really going to explore that when she comes back,” showrunner Marlene King says of the time jump. “It’s been five years and some people may have let go of old grudges and other people don’t. I will say the girls aren’t thrilled when they see her popping up out of nowhere in a very inconvenient time. It’s never convenient to run into Jenna.” You can say that again.
I know she’s gone goth, but how different is Daisy next season on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? — Piper
It sounds like her new style may reflect how she’s feeling on the inside. “I think it makes her more ruthless being so close to what she thought was her own death,” Chloe Bennet says. “And then it happening in one of the worst scenarios she could ever think of, which is the person that she loved doing it for her, I think it changes her in a way where she probably will face life with even more ruthlessness. Also, there’s a sense of sadness that was there that I tried to make apparent at the end of the episode.”
More UnREAL scoop! — Kelsey
With Chet trying to wrestle away control of Everlasting, Quinn basically demotes Rachel, sending her on the precipice of another emotional episode that could be her undoing. Instead, Rachel makes a power play that backfires in a big way.
Seriously, who’s the killer this season on Scream? — Jennifer
My money is on Emma, but the suspicious return of her father does raise some questions for the Lakewood Five. The real question though is how far Audrey is willing to go to keep her secret — and you’ll be surprised by the answer.
Is it too early for Chicago P.D. scoop? — Emily
Never too early. With Roman gone and Voight having crossed a major line, there are some openings on P.D. “We are setting in motion new blood coming in the beginning of next season,” EP Matt Olmstead says.
I’ll take anything 12 Monkeys. — Sean
Jones has been given hope with the arrival of her daughter Hannah, a.k.a. Zeit, but their new relationship is “infinitely complicated,” EP Terry Matalas says. “Hannah’s mother has been Jennifer Goines, so that’s one thing. And the Daughters have a very different view of the world than the scientists would, so they come from different places. It’s not going to be an easy reunion.”
Best news I’ve heard all week: The Man of Steel is coming to Supergirl!
